1. Your Cancellation Rights
For most goods bought online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us clearly by email at jack@hnhhardware.com or by telephone on 07450352045, quoting your order number.
After notifying us of cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days. We will refund eligible payments within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Where cancellation rights apply, the refund includes the cost of our standard delivery service; any additional cost for a premium delivery choice is not refunded.
2. Return Condition and Return Costs
Please return items in their original packaging where reasonably possible and take reasonable care of them while in your possession. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but we may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of posting.
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at jack@hnhhardware.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where available. We will assess the issue and, where return is required, provide a return label for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied items. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Exclusions and Statutory Rights
Some cancellation exceptions may apply under consumer law, for example to personalised goods or sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. We will apply any exception only where it lawfully applies. This policy does not restrict your statutory rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
