Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.
Delivery options
- Standard delivery: £3, or free on orders of £40 or more.
- Next working day delivery: £5, or £2 on orders of £40 or more. Order by 3pm on a working day for delivery the next working day.
- Liverpool 1-hour delivery: £15, available for Liverpool (L) postcodes. Your order is delivered within one hour of being confirmed, during our local delivery hours.
- Free collection in Liverpool: collect your order from us in L13 between 7pm and 11.30pm. We’ll email you to confirm when your order is ready to collect.

Dispatch
Standard orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment and successful age verification. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.
If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be dispatched once payment has reached our account.
Age-restricted items
All of our products are sold to adults aged 18 and over only. Some deliveries may require a signature from an adult, and the courier may ask for proof of age. If no adult is available, the courier will follow its missed-delivery process. We may also ask for proof of age when you collect an order.
Torch lighters
For safety and carrier regulations, torch lighters are always dispatched empty. We do not send butane gas by post. Please refill your lighter with a suitable butane refill purchased locally.
Damaged, missing or delayed parcels
Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If anything is broken or damaged, tell us on the day of delivery at help@hnhhardware.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging to qualify for our fast-track replacement. Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. See our returns policy for full details.
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
