This website is operated by HnH HARDWARE Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17388869, with its registered office at 4a Oak Vale, Liverpool, L13 5YQ (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at help@hnhhardware.com.
2. Who can buy
You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are not buying on behalf of anyone under 18. We verify the age of every customer as described in our age policy.
3. Lawful use
All products are sold for lawful purposes only, including use with tobacco and legal herbal products. By ordering, you agree not to use any product for an unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe it is intended for unlawful use.
4. Orders and contract
After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our acceptance takes place, and a contract is formed, when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your age, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct; if we discover an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund. Card payments are taken when you place your order. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please use your order number as the payment reference; we will dispatch your order once payment has reached our account, and we may cancel orders that remain unpaid after 3 working days.
6. Delivery
Delivery is covered in our delivery policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Cancellations and returns
You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, and we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond inspection. Sealed items cannot be returned once unsealed, unless faulty. Items damaged in transit should be reported on the day of delivery with photographs. 8. Faulty goods and your legal rights
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights in relation to faulty goods are set out in our returns policy and are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights.
9. Product care
Glassware is fragile and torch lighters produce high temperatures. Please read and follow any instructions supplied with your product, keep products away from children, and use them safely.
10. Our liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for loss or damage caused by misuse of a product or failure to follow its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. We only supply products for domestic and private use.

We handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on the website at the time you placed it.
13. Complaints and law
If you have a complaint, please contact us at help@hnhhardware.com and we will try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
